General FAQ

We are here to support you and make your experience with us as convenient as possible. Here are a few common questions that we have already answered!

Phone Calls and Appointments

Every phone call is important to us. We will answer your calls and return your messages as promptly as possible. Appointments can be made by calling our offices during regular hours of operation or through the book online button on our website. When scheduling an appointment, please advise our staff of the exact reason for your visit. In most cases, we are able to offer same-day appointments for urgent care medical problems.

What is your new patient procedure?

First, set up an appointment either through Zocdoc.com or by giving us a call! Next, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a few forms before your appointment with the doctor. Please plan to bring a form of identification and an insurance card.  After that, any necessary steps will be given to you by the front desk.

How much will my copayment be?

This varies based on your insurance plan and the type of visit. We strive to get you the best price possible, but it depends on the specific visit. To get a better idea, give us a call. Co-pays are due at time of service.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance so that we may open this appointment slot for another patient. Patients with a history of failing to show up for appointments or calling to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance may be discharged from the Practice.

Prescription Refills

When calling for a prescription refill, please be prepared to provide us with the exact name of the medication and dosage. We will also need the name and phone number of your pharmacy.

If you are interested in a new medication, you must schedule an appointment to discuss this with the physician. We will not call in a prescription for medication that has not been previously prescribed.

Do you take walk-in patients?

Yes, we do! While wait time may be slightly longer than if you make an appointment, we will still do our best to serve you during normal hours of operation!
